LB Celebrates… the 30th!

Listen up, you hep cats and classy dames!

Leadership Burbank is celebratin’ a whopping thirty years of makin’ things hum in this neck of the woods, and we’re throwin’ a bash that’ll be the cat’s meow! Thank you to all of our sponsors, guests, alumni, and leaders from all over Burbank!

 

Leadership Burbank marked its 30th anniversary with “Sneakin’ & Sippin’ at the Speakeasy” — a glamorous, prohibition-inspired fundraiser on Saturday, November 15 at 6:00 PM. We transformed a Burbank favorite, Romancing The Bean in Burbank’s Magnolia Park neighborhood, to be our swanky speakeasy.

 

All night long, guests enjoyed an immersive experience, complete with thematic décor, silent auction, entertainment, drinks on the house and delicious dinner bites. Plus a few clandestine surprises — including a secret, walkable second stop for those “in the know.” A period-style password was shared with confirmed guests ahead of the event.

Individual tickets are $150 each and include hosted hooch, bathtub gin, prohibition-approved beverages, as well as dinner bites and desserts courtesy of our speakeasy at Romancing The Bean.

Dine In or Order Out: Donate for Dinner at Chipotle on March 26th

Guac on! Get the burrito rolling on Wednesday, March 26th from 4:00pm – 8:00pm and 25% of your order will support LB25’s Play Without Limits!

Here’s how it works:

In order for your purchase to count towards our fundraiser, diners must either:

In Person from 4pm to 8pm:

  • Verbally mention Leadership Burbank’s Play Without Limits when they place their order
  • Show a physical fundraiser flyer
  • Show a digital flyer on a smartphone or other mobile device

Online Orders to Pick Up between 4pm to 8pm:

  • Use our fundraiser’s online ordering code (ZALACAL) to place an order for pickup ONLY through the Chipotle app or website. (Sorry, third party apps like grubhub or doordash do not work!)
  • Supporters must place their orders for pickup through the Chipotle app or website and during checkout use our fundraiser’s code (ZALACAL) in the “promo” field.

Host a BIG office dinner party or host your family or friends for dinner and order catering or Burritos By the Box to count towards our class project!

Call 1-800-CHIPOTLE to place your order (at least 24 hours in advance) to be picked up during the timeframe of our fundraiser and let them know that you want to pay upon pickup. When you pick up your order, alert the cashier before payment that you would like it to count towards your fundraiser. And just like that, 25% goes back to Play Without Limits!

Remember, delivery orders or orders placed at a different time/location than our scheduled event will not count towards our fundraiser.

Join LB25 at Tequilas Burbank on March 12th

Chips, salsa, margs, and a good cause?! Sounds like a plan to us!

On Wednesday, March 12th, grab your friends and family and head to the amazing Tequilas restaurant on Magnolia Blvd! Mention Leadership Burbank, and TWENTY PERCENT of your bill will go towards this year’s class project: Play Without Limits!

This fundraiser will be all day long, and is valid for any regular priced menu item – including alcohol!

Leadership Burbank’s BEACH BASH

BEACH BASH

Mix and mingle with LB alumni and leaders from all corners of Burbank on Friday, July 14th, from 5pm to 7pm.

Leadership Burbank’s Beach Bash is generously sponsored by Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Burbank and Leadership Burbank.

Join us poolside and bring all of your friends. Interested candidates for the class of 2023 -2024 should attend!

Hosted food and a cash bar. Leadership libations and donation opportunities to become a Legacy Member or win prizes or just support LB!

Dress is summer casual.
