2024-2027 Strategic Plan and Growth Campaign
In March 2024, the Board of Directors launched a three year strategic plan which includes a Growth Campaign to provide more infrastructure for the charity. We invite donations over the next three years to advance our mission and sustain our belief that we can continue to provide our premiere leadership programs that are relevant to today’s leadership issues and design engaging initiatives to support our over 600 alumni in our efforts to help build a better Burbank.

LB Business Challenge
Our LB Business Challenge is for small and large businesses who believe in cultivating the next generation of leaders for the Burbank community. Businesses donate $1,000.00 or more and support our mission year round. Some companies sponsor their employees to join our 9 month leadership program, some companies sponsor our events, while others give a corporate philanthropy gift. We appreciate it all.
