In 2012, the class of Leadership Burbank completed a project to provide storage space and landscaping at the Kids’ Community Dental Clinic. The Class of 2018 chose to focus on the clinic’s interior this time around.
The Project
Leadership Burbank’s Class of 2018 will design and furnish a functional waiting room and office space that will increase KCDC’s storage and workflow efficiency. Our project is to further facilitate KCDC’s mission that will allow them to continue servicing 14,000 children annually. Our goal is a Brighter Clinic, Healthier Smiles.
About KCDC
Kids’ Community Dental Clinic (KCDC) improves children’s oral health with low cost dental services for low income families in Southern California. KCDC provides an array of services for children and their families from their office in Burbank and at local schools. KCDC is located in a small bungalow at McKinley Elementary and fills a critical gap in oral health care services for low-income children.
